There is space for honest conversation, practical work, inner reflection, and steady development over time. The focus is on applying what is useful, taking the next step, and building work that supports both their offerings and their lives.

About Matthew

EWM is led by Matthew Clarkson, its co-founder. He has been creating and developing online offerings since 2003.

Matthew graduated from the University of Manchester in the UK, where he studied philosophy and social sciences. During his years in Manchester, he also began exploring Qigong and meditation… practices that became an important part of his personal and spiritual development.

In 2003, he created his first online offering: an audio course on meditation, health, and personal development that he wrote, recorded, marketed, and delivered himself.  He later launched Spiritual Growth Monthly, a subscription-based program offering meditations, interviews, coaching, and resources for inner development. The program enabled him to begin working full-time online and continues to support that work today, more than 20 years later.

Working from his laptop, Matthew began travelling the world, spending whole seasons in Canada, the United States, Europe, Australia, Thailand, and Bali. This freedom was part of a larger vision for a more self-directed life… one in which his work could support his values, interests, and way of living. Alongside this outer journey, he embarked on a spiritual journey of his own… healing from trauma and exploring the deeper truth of who he is. Along the way, he attended many retreats and became certified in several modalities related to healing and conscious transformation.

These experiences deepened his interest in helping coaches, facilitators, and creatives develop and share their work from a place of inner alignment rather than simply following conventional marketing formulas. That work gradually developed into EWM.

Across more than two decades, Matthew has gained direct experience in many aspects of online business… including courses, memberships, recurring income, websites, advertising, email communication, content delivery, coaching, and practical implementation.

He helps members understand what they are really trying to create, simplify their ideas, communicate their work more clearly, and identify the next useful step.

His role within EWM is part guide, part strategist, and part working partner.

Through this work, he helps members become clearer, more capable, and more self-directed as they build work that fits their gifts, values, circumstances, and deeper intentions.
